Le projet architectural du port Vauban s’inscrit dans son passé multimillénaire et se projette
dans le IIIème millénaire. L’audace transformatrice qui fonde son projet architectural conjugue histoire et modernité et ouvre un horizon d’innovations. Demain, le port rayonnera de ses 5 « quartiers phares » :
✓ Le quartier IYCA : rénovation complète, services premium ; ✓ Le quartier du Vieux port : pour cheminer et s'évader ;
✓ La vieille ville : de nouveaux espaces publics ;
✓ Le quartier Saint-Roch : centre de vie, poumon vert ;
✓ Au pied du fort Carré : le village des artisans navals ;
The Port of Vauban's architectural project respects its multi-millennial past while embracing the third millennium. The daring transformation on which the architectural project is based unites history and innovation and opens a horizon of innovations. In the future, the port will spread out to its five “key districts”:

pour l’attribution de postes d’amarrage (Contrats
de Garantie d’Usage), le port Vauban a conçu
un nouvel espace commercial dédié
aux professionnels et plaisanciers désireux
de pérenniser une place au port à partir du 1er janvier 2022 : dans ses locaux neufs au 10 avenue de Verdun, Madame Olivia Gordon-Bourcart vous recevra
avec son équipe d’experts pour vous accompagner dans votre projet.
A new dedicated commercial space
In order to support the new contractual requirement for the provision of mooring posts (Guaranteed-Use Contract), the Port of Vauban has designed a new commercial space dedicated to professionals
and pleasure boaters who want a permanent place at the port from 1 January 2022: from their new premises at 10 Avenue de Verdun,
Mrs Olivia Gordon-Bourcart and her team of experts is offering a complete service of information, support and administration.
