Agnès Baudet
Née en 72 à Adélaïde, Agnès Baudet peint depuis 2000 et
est une autodidacte.
Elle a travaillé 10 ans avec PDP Gallery qui l’a exposée au
Brésil, à Los Angeles et plus principalement à Paris.
Quelques mots de sa part sur travail qui sera présenté aux
Voiles d’Antibes cette année : « L’abstraction me fascine,
m’attire et je me sens à l’aise dans ces formes et couleurs qui
ont une vie propre mais c’est peut-être la première fois que
mon travail tisse un lien avec le réel pour découler sur du
figuratif, mes vagues. »
Born in 1972 in Adelaide, Agnès Baudet has been painting since
2000 and is self-taught.
She worked 10 years with PDP Gallery, which exhibited her
work in Brazil, Los Angeles, and primarily in Paris.
Her thoughts on the work that will be presented at Les Voiles
d’Antibes this year: “Abstraction fascinates and attracts me, and
I feel at ease with these forms and colors that have a life of their
own. But this is perhaps the first time my work has forged a link
with reality, leading to figurative elements—my waves.”
Clément Lesaffre
Peintre du Vivant, Champion du monde d’apnée
Peintre de la Nature et de l’Homme, Clément Lesaffre ex-
plore les liens invisibles qui unissent le Vivant, la mémoire
et nos paysages intérieurs. À travers sa technique très sin-
gulière du monotype, des peintures sur verre et ses perfor-
mances immersives, il compose un langage sensible où l’art
devient respiration et conscience.
Engagé, il cherche à révéler les résonances entre l’intime et
l’universel, entre l’organique et le technologique, entre le
souffle humain et celui que nous insuffle la Terre et la mer.
Son approche, nourrie par ses voyages et sa pratique d’ap-
néiste des grands fonds, questionne notre place au sein du
monde vivant et invite à une reconnexion profonde à soi-
même et l’élément.
Des abîmes marins à ses abîmes intérieurs, il remonte des
fragments de monde qu’il traduit en peintures et projec-
tions, comme autant de respirations entre ombre et lumière.
Painter of the Living, World Freediving Champion
A painter of Nature and Humankind, Clément Lesaffre explores
the invisible links that unite the Living, memory, and our inner
landscapes. Through his highly distinctive technique of mono-
type, paintings on glass, and his immersive performances, he
composes a sensitive language where art becomes breath and
consciousness.
Committed, he seeks to reveal the resonances between the inti-
mate and the universal, between the organic and the technolog-
ical, between human breath and that which the Earth and the
sea breathe into us. His approach, nourished by his travels and
his practice as a deep-sea freediver, questions our place within
the living world and invites a profound reconnection to oneself
and the elements.
From the marine depths to his inner abysses, he brings up frag-
ments of the world which he translates into paintings and pro-
jections, like so many breaths between shadow and light.
